TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms & conditions (also referred to as “Agreement”) carefully, by signing up for (“signing up for” also refers to joining/purchasing/buying) BUSINESS OF ME (also referred to as “Program”and includes all other programs that you get access to with BUSINESS OF ME) by Nomad Atelier by Katherine Suarez (also referred to as “We”), you (also referred to as “Client”) are agreeing to all of the terms & conditions listed here.

OUR PROMISE

BUSINESS OF ME is our program and we promise to do our best to give you an exceptional experience, content and support, so that you can create your lifestyle business.

LENGTH OF PROGRAM

BUSINESS OF ME is a 6-week program which means you have access to the content, the membership site, and the private community for 6 weeks from September 24th, 2020. The program is 6 weekes long to make up for any life or business changes you may encounter during that time and therefore those changes do not qualify as reasons for a free extension of the program.

RESULTS FROM PROGRAM

With BUSINESS OF ME you get access to content and support that will help you work on your desired business model, brand positioning, ways of earning income, how to connect to your ideal client all aligned to your purpose but Nomad Atelier cannot be held responsible for your success. You are 100% responsible for taking action based on what you learn in BUSINESS OF ME.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATION

By opting for a payment plan you are responsible for timely payments and for the completion of the payment plan associated with BUSINESS OF ME. Nomad Atelier reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments through a collection agency.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard (for upfront payment). We do not offer bank transfers or any other payment methods.

REFUNDS

We DO NOT offer refunds for BUSINESS OF ME and there are no exceptions.
Please note: Nomad Atelier reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments through a collection agency.

COPYRIGHT
All content (in the form of video, audio, images, text) in BUSINESS OF ME, both inside the membership site and in the private community, created by Nomad Atelier, any member of Nomad Atelier or guest speakers is copyrighted and belongs to Nomad Atelier. By signing up for BUSINESS OF ME you agree not to violate our copyright. You are allowed to download material where we offer a download option. You are not allowed to screenshot, copy, share or sell any content from BUSINESS OF ME.

PERSONAL USE ONLY

BUSINESS OF ME is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to share your username and password or give anyone access to BUSINESS OF ME, (business partners included). If you want to go through BUSINESS OF ME with another person then that person needs to sign up for BUSINESS OF ME too.

NO PROMOTIONS

BUSINESS OF ME is a promotion free community. You are not allowed to advertise your services inside BUSINESS OF ME, ask other BUSINESS OF ME members to private message you, or private message other BUSINESS OF ME members without asking them for their permission first. Sharing links without the right context, Facebook Lives, Facebook stories and videos is considered a promotion. Any promotional posts will be deleted without warning.

SUPPORT RESTRICTIONS

BUSINESS OF ME includes support through a member-driven private community, a BUSINESS OF ME concierge, office hours inside the private community, and mastermind calls, plus you can email team@nomadatelier for technical support to access the membership site. We aim to respond within 24 hrs to all emails. BUSINESS OF ME does not give you 1-1 access to Katherine Suarez or the right to tag her to get your questions answered. You are not allowed to send private messages to Katherine Suarez or any member of Nomad Atelier.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy and insist that you respect our privacy too. Any confidential information shared by Katherine Suarez, any member of Nomad Atelier, guest speakers or any participant of BUSINESS OF ME is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person who discloses the information. You agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, online or otherwise. By joining BUSINESS OF ME you agree to keep private information confidential and use your best efforts to safeguard confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.

VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT

By purchasing BUSINESS OF ME, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement, Nomad Atelier and/or BUSINESS OF ME participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations. With any violations of this Agreement we reserve the right to expel you from BUSINESS OF ME. Expelation doesn’t relieve you from financial obligations to pay for BUSINESS OF ME and does not give you the right to a refund.
