TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms & conditions (also referred to as “Agreement”) carefully, by signing up for (“signing up for” also refers to joining/purchasing/buying) NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I (also referred to as “Program” and includes all other programs that you get access to with NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I) by Nomad Atelier by Katherine Suarez (also referred to as “We”), you (also referred to as “Client”) are agreeing to all of the terms & conditions listed here.

OUR PROMISE
NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I is our program and we promise to do our best to give you an exceptional experience, content, and support so that you can create your lifestyle business.

LENGTH OF PROGRAM
NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I is a 6-month program which means you have access to the content, to the bi-weekly calls, during the 6 months. The program is 6 months long to make up for any life or business changes you may encounter during that time and therefore those changes do not qualify as reasons for a free extension of the program.

RESULTS FROM PROGRAM
With NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I you get access to content and support that will help you work on your desired business model, brand positioning, ways of earning income, how to connect to your ideal client all aligned to your purpose but Nomad Atelier cannot be held responsible for your success. You are 100% responsible for taking action based on what you learn in NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
By opting for a payment plan you are responsible for timely payments and for the completion of the payment plan associated with NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I. Nomad Atelier reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments through a collection agency.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Mastercard (for upfront payment). We do not offer bank transfers or any other payment methods.

REFUNDS
We DO NOT offer refunds for NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I and there are no exceptions.

COPYRIGHT
All content (in the form of video, audio, images, text) in NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I, both inside the teaching platform and in the private community, created by Nomad Atelier, any member of Nomad Atelier or guest speakers is copyrighted and belongs to Nomad Atelier. By signing up for NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I you agree not to violate our copyright. You are allowed to download material where we offer a download option. You are not allowed to screenshot, copy, share, or sell any content from NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I.

PERSONAL USE ONLY
NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to share your username and password or give anyone access to NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I, (business partners included). If you want to go through NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I with another person then that person needs to sign up for NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I too and will need to apply and be approved.

NO PROMOTIONS
NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I is a promotion free community. You are not allowed to advertise your services inside NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I, ask other NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I members to private message you, or private message other NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I members without asking them for their permission first. Sharing links without the right context, Instagram stories and videos is considered a promotion. Any promotional posts will be deleted without warning.

SUPPORT
NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I includes extra community support giving you access to our Nomad Atelier Membership. You can email contact@nomadatelier.com for technical support. We aim to respond within 48 hrs to all emails. NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I gives you access to Katherine Suarez in the intimate group sessions planned or extra 1:1 sessions booked separately.

CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and insist that you respect our privacy too. Any confidential information shared by Katherine Suarez, any member of Nomad Atelier, guest speakers, or any participant of NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person who discloses the information. You agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, online or otherwise. By joining NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I, you agree to keep private information confidential and use your best efforts to safeguard confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.

VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT
By purchasing NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement, Nomad Atelier and/or NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations. With any violations of this Agreement, we reserve the right to expel you from NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I. Expelation doesn’t relieve you from financial obligations to pay for NOMAD BUSINESS CIRCLE I and does not give you the right to a refund.
